Anthony Joshua Talks Wilder & Fury – ‘I Wanna Slay Them’
British heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua, recently spoke about his desire to fight both Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury, and wishes to slay them both with the same energy in order to show he is the best heavyweight in the world.
Boxing fans are keen for the trio to face each other numerous times as they are clearly the best heavyweight of the division at the moment, and all the trash talk is tiresome – fans want to see historic and memorable heavyweight fights.
Speaking in the interview, Joshua took swipes at Deontay Wilder and reiterated his desire to fight Tyson Fury:
”Fury? Wilder? Bring them both. I’m not taking sides. They’re both enemies of mine and I wanna slay them both with the same energy. Good luck to both, whichever one wins, I’ll be seeing them soon.”
“I’ve never seen a fighter (Wilder) going to war with one weapon – his right hand. Top level, that doesn’t work. As we’ve seen now, he struggles at top level and there’s a lot more of us waiting for that opportunity to kick his arse.”

“I’m an elite level fighter, not one of the tomato cans he’s (Wilder) knocked out. He better watch what he’s saying because when the day comes for me and him, I know what I’m capable of doing… He (Wilder) ain’t an elite level fighter.”
“I’ll still be here, still ready to put on a show. End of the year. That fight has to happen (versus Tyson Fury). It’ll happen. After I fight Usyk. This fight is gonna be bigger, better than what it would have been.” Anthony Joshua told SkySports
