“I think Canelo would stop Beterbiev. I’ve seen the warning signs there already, I’ve seen the shots that he can be hurt with” Tony Bellew told DAZN Boxing
When asked if Canelo has the size and punching power to stop Beterbiev, Bellew replied – “(He) did against Sergey Kovalev, if it does with Kovalev then I think it will with Beterbiev, but as I said styles make fights.”
Artur Beterbiev is the current WBC/IBF light-heavyweight champion and this far, has KO’d every opponent he’s faced in the pro ranks tracks.
Beterbiev (17-0, 17 KOs) retained his 100% knockout ratio and world titles against a Marcus Browne last weekend with a ninth round KO. The fight was a bloody affair with both men suffering cuts to the head.
