聽In the first round it looked like it would be an early nights work for the WBO cruiserweight world champion as he buzzed his challenger, but big credit to Poland鈥檚 Michal Cieslak who displayed a solid chin and good resilience.聽

聽In a fight which saw lots of clinching and brawling – Okolie was able to land the more cleaner and powerful shots.

聽Lawrence Okolie won the majority of the rounds against Cieslak who refused to give in, who had a loud polish supportive crowd behind him inside London鈥檚 O2Arena.

On the undercard, chief support Olympic gold medallist Galal Yafai made his professional debut with a TKO 5th round win over tough mexcian Carlos Vado Bautista to win the WBC international title.
Jordan Gill overcame a knockdown and certain defeat by producing a devastating knockout of Karim Guerfi to win the European featherweight title. Gill looked out on his feet and was fighting to survive in his corner for almost two rounds, it looked like a matter of time before the fight would be waved off but Gill produced a stunning KO win.
Anthony Fowler secured a points win on his return to the ring following his loss to Liam Smith in October last year. Fabio Wardley continues his rise as a heavyweight contender with a second round TKO. Australian heavyweight Demsey McKean won a 8 round points decision and Campbell Hatton secured the second knockout of his career with a sixth round TKO. Light-heavyweight John Hedges scored a 4th round TKO and cruiserweight Cheavon Clarker made his debut with a second round KO.
